You can observe a repair torch in structure loot areas like Barns, Cargo Containers, and Boats.
Utilize MOABs :)
Alright seriously, you need a blowtorch to repair any vehicle, especially when it is smoking.
Found in mechanic and gas store in charlottetown, and the fuel tank near wiltshire farm

two. Have yous tried turning it on and off again?
3. Little more serious, blowtorches always worked for me and so far. What exactly is the problem? Practise you get the hitmarker, only the HP doesn't rise? Or yous don't get a hitmarker at all? Or something else?

nope, construction doesnt normally spawn blowtorch. not the spawns, nor the zombies. only way to get them is via mechanic shops and zombies

true, just for some weird reason i don't remember that its a expert idea to, whenyou want to repair your machine, to put a remote control flop on it... ;)
